We engineer our pieces to hit right, but if the drape or fit isn't flawless, here is exactly how we handle it.

  • The 7-Day Window You have exactly 7 days from the moment your drop lands at your door to request a refund or size exchange on all standard, full-priced items.

  • The Condition To qualify, all gear must be returned in its raw, original state. That means unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging fully intact.

  • Sale & Promotional Drops Pieces copped at a discount or during a promotional event are strictly non-refundable. If you need a different fit for a discounted item, we will process a size exchange, but this is entirely subject to our current stock availability.

  • The Fine Print Fatista reserves the right to alter, update, or modify this policy at any time to protect the integrity of the brand. We are always evolving to make it better.
